So it went from "What brushes do you use?" to "What's your prompt?"
It's a fact that many talented artists tasted the seductive artificial intelligence, but gave it up quickly. I was truly disappointed, because some of them are my idols. But at least they realised what a plague this whole scheme is. Which I can't say for the ones that chose to steal years of work and dedication and turn it into their "art". The ones that dare to call themselves an artist without ever touching a pencil in their lives. What a joke.
To the people who are just starting to paint in these difficult times - don't give up. Don't close your mind. What your imagination can create, artificial intelligence can only steal.
What kind of art are we even talking about when you can't even choose your own composition or colors. When you don't go through hundreds of variations in your own imagination. Don't deprive yourself of the most wonderful feeling in the world - having to create something on your own. Why skipping the most exciting part? Why jumping at the end when it's the journey that matters.
I refuse to acknowledge this madness. I refuse my work to turn into a database. As you can see, I am absolutely against it. I for one am happy that we are not alone and this community has risen!
Don't give up!
